r/UoPeople on Reddit: Would it be beneficial to get my associates before my bachelors?
I'm looking into getting my health science degree, but unsure if I should get the associates first and then go into the bachelors. The bachelors… Could be they changed that by now, could your advisor is correct and I am wrong, but given that student experience, every time this question come I would advice to always Bsc just to be safe, in addition (the way I think of it), since the application fee is the same, what would one gain from enrolling as asc? absolutely nothing, perhaps even plant more hinderance in their way when and if they want to continue as Bsc, and even in a scenario where the student is absolutely certain 100% they ONLy want the asc (no one should be that certain anyway), also with Bsc you get it the same, and drop or LYes, once your associates is complete. All you have to do is enroll again for the bachelor degree. All your credits will roll into the bachelor program. More replies More replies ... If you complete an associate degree first, you can then take up the bachelor's degree and complete it in two years, as the courses you complete in the associate degree will be counted towards your bachelor’s degree.I would 10000% recommend study.com. You are take college courses through them and transfer to your university if they allow it which makes your bachelors/associates go much faster. I wish I knew about it sooner.
